Restore
Before anything else โ€” we slow down.

Think of what happens when you've been running on stress for too long. The jaw stays tight even when there's nothing to clench it for. You sleep but don't rest. You breathe โ€” but only into the top third of your lungs. Your body has been bracing for so long, it's forgotten how to let go.

This is where we begin. Not with exercise. With listening. We slow the system down, find out what it's been holding, and create the conditions for everything else to become possible.

The emotion from a hard week finds its home in the shoulders. The anxiety from a difficult conversation sits in the gut for days.

This phase is about restoring that conversation โ€” between you and your body. We move to remember what it feels like to move freely, not to perform. We bring awareness into the picture, so the mind and body start working with each other again instead of in spite of each other.

We train.
